EYEWEAR: Bramwell warrants eyewear products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three months (90 days) from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, environmental damage, scratched lenses, loss or theft. This warranty does not apply to damage due to direct or indirect misuse or abuse. Bramwell reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects, and requires proof of purchase from an authorized Bramwell dealer to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Bramwell will replace the item at no cost to you.
All claims must be submitted directly via email@example.com. Do not return your Bramwell product to the store. Dealers are not authorized to provide warranty service on Bramwell products.
The following forms of Proof of Purchase are acceptable for purchases that were made at one of our authorized retailers:
- Your Bramwell.co order number.
- Picture or scan of the physical receipt with a visible date of purchase and retailer name.
- Picture of your bank statement with a visible and highlighted purchase date and retailer name.
Note: Sunglasses bought during a "Free Sunglasses" promotion are not eligible for Warranty. Those sunglasses are sold As-Is & may contain minor flaws.
