Returns

If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return your new shades for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at the email below and we will provide a return shipping label. Please note before making your return that:

  • You send an email to customerservice@bramwell.co to notify us that you will be returning the product.
  • We will not issue refunds for products that are shipped back after 14 days from the delivery date.
  • You will be refunded for the amount you paid for the product minus the original shipping fees paid. 
  • Bramwell is not responsible for returned products lost in transit. 

     

    Exchanges

    If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your shades for a new pair within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for shipping them back to our office within 30 days of the delivery date. We will not issue store credit for products that are shipped back after 30 days from the delivery date. Please note before making your exchange that: 

    • You send an email to customerservice@bramwell.co to notify us that you are interested in an exchange.
    • The exchanged product must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage and in the original packaging. If you are exchanging due to damage please see our warranty policy.
    • We will not exchange products that are shipped back after 30 days from the delivery date.
    • You will be credited for the amount you paid for the product minus the original shipping fees paid. 
    • Bramwell is not responsible for returned products lost in transit and we suggest you use a reliable and trackable carrier method such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS. 

     

    * Please note: Your product must be returned unused in its original packaging. Customers returning product not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% of the total amount of the original purchase price. * 

    Sunglasses bought during a "Free Sunglasses" promotion are not eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Those sunglasses are sold As-Is & may contain minor flaws.
